How to Silk Touch a Spawner:

• Only Miners with job level 30 can silk touch a spawner.
• In order to obtain a placed down spawner, you need to mine it with a gold silk touch pickaxe.
• Blaze Spawners and Magma Spawners found in the Nether cannot be silked.
